EPIC Hotel & Residences Miami

Lionstone acquired the former Dupont Miami site and entitled two towers with 3.5 million square feet, over 900 residences, lifestyle hotel, 30,000 square feet of commercial space and an 800 linear foot marina.

Lionstone co-developed the 55 story, 1.6 million Epic tower on the bay and Miami riverfront which was completed in 2009, and included a 411-room Kimpton managed hotel and 360 luxury condominium residences. This mixed-use building project totaled in cost of over $500 million. Lionstone sold the phase two tower site in 2014 for $125 million.
